Customers with United States addresses enjoy free shipping for each item that is purchased for over $100 (not including taxes, expedited shipping, or insurance charges). Customers who purchase items costing less than $100 (not including taxes, expedites shipping, or insurance charges), are charged a nominal $6.95 per item purchased for shipping. Regular shipping is mostly delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS), and usually takes 2 to 5 business days (Elantolia has no influence over when the Post Office delivers).
If you would like your order delivered in one, or two days, please notify us at checkout by stating your request at the “Notes about your order,” at the window at the bottom of the checkout page. We will ship your purchase to you as you request, and charge the credit card you used for the purchase(s) you made. We will combine multiple items purchased in the same order, to the same address, whenever possible, and insure your purchase for the value you paid, We will notify you by email of the expedited shipping and insurance costs charged to your card, and provide you with your tracking number in the same email.
Please note, your request for expedited shipping is the authorization you give to Elantolia to charge the credit card you used to make your Elantolia purchase.
If you have an account with a shipper (FedEx, UPS, DHL), you can email us a preprinted label that can be printout and affixed to a shipping box or envelope. In your email, you must include the following in your subject line: Shipping Label for Order No. xxxx.” We will print and attach the label you send without making checks for accuracy; please print your label accurately. We accept no responsibility for preprinted label related delivery or insurance issues.
In your request for expedited shipping, please make sure to state you will email a preprinted label. All preprinted labels must be received by 3 p.m. Labels received after 3 p.m. will be used the following business day.
We do not charge any handling fees for any order.

Gift wrapping for items purchased costing below $150 (not including taxes, expedited shipping, or insurance charges) are borne by customers. The flat fee for gift wrapping is $6.95. Please notify us at checkout by stating your request for gift wrapping in the “Notes about your order,” window at the bottom of the checkout page. We can include a small note card with your present, if you want one, please let us know your message. Maximum 15 words, please.

US Sales Taxes
Unless you live in the great state of Florida, we do not collect sales taxes. If you live in the Sunshine State, your order will be charged 7% sales tax only for the cost of the products you purchased.
Shipments outside the United States, and its territories mainly pose a shipping expense to the buyer. International orders will be shipped by expedited international delivery services (orders that take a long time in transit are problematic) offered by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS (Global Express Guaranteed). Except for greater shipping costs, all aspects of international shipping is exactly the same as Expedited Shipping. Please see above the discussion for Expedited Shipping, and follow the requirements for it for your international order.
When your order arrives in your country, it may be held in customs until import duties, other fees, and charges are paid. Elantolia is not responsible for any delays; lost, confiscated, stolen orders, or contents of orders; and is not not responsible for any payments including, but not limited to any levies, bills, fees, charges, duties, or taxe(s) payments whatsoever
Import duties, tax(es), charges, levies, fees, bills, and any other charges imposed by individual countries are 100% the responsibility of our customers.
